Elevating Workplace Acoustics With JEB Partitions
Established in 1951, the EPF is one of the world’s oldest provident funds, dedicated to safeguarding the retirement savings of the Malaysian workforce. To ensure private and secure discussions in the office, they specified JEB’s high-performance X-Series single-glazed partitions with Entry doors. These partitions offer exceptional sound insulation (STC 36) and maximum privacy, allowing staff to conduct sensitive conversations with complete confidentiality

Designed by Canary Design Sdn Bhd, the office layout seamlessly integrates JEB’s partitions into the modern workspace. The black powder-coated finish of the partitions complements the clerestory windows, creating a sleek and professional look that balances privacy and openness within the contemporary design scheme. The addition of frosted decorative film to the glass maintains a sense of openness and natural light while ensuring visual privacy.

Acoustic performance is crucial for a digital interactive experience workspace like EA Sports. JEB acoustic partitions team worked closely with One International Group and Savills Singapore to supply and install acoustic partitions, acoustic ceiling baffles and ceiling lighting in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Customised Double-Glazed Partitions:
To create a space that embodied EA Sports’ values and culture in their office, JEB Acoustic Partitions team helped create a hip and contemporary workspace that sparks fun, creativity and innovation. This project specified JEB’s high-performing X-series double-glazed partitions, along with Studio doors for their meeting and collaborative room with a sport game image film to effectively manage noise. To enhance security and maintain flexible control, we custom-fitted the JEB Studio doors with electric mortise locks.

Captivating Design Elements
This newly completed video-gaming office boasts a captivating design with a striking contrast between bright and dark elements. Our design team incorporated acoustic ceiling baffles and ceiling lighting in the reception area, aligning with the client’s aesthetic vision.

HSBC Bank Malaysia’s Menara IQ

JEB Group was recently involved in a project at HSBC Bank Malaysia’s Menara IQ in Tun Razak Exchange Kuala Lumpur. The project’s main objective was to create a comfortable and creative work environment that allows for collaboration, recording, and private meetings when necessary.

We partnered with Superb Impression Creationz Sdn Bhd to design, supply, and install our X Series double-glazed partitions, Summit Sliding Doors, and PLUS Doors. Our system was extensively used throughout the layout of the new office space, especially for meeting rooms, focus pods, boardrooms, and CEO offices.

As acoustics were crucial for this project, we provided our best-selling STC 49 X Series double glazed partition system in our popular Anodised Matt Black finish, along with tempered double glazed PLUS Doors. The matt black finish seamlessly blended with our matt black door handles and enhanced the overall aesthetic of the space.

To further enhance the professional vibe, we utilised our slim and high-performing Summit Sliding Doors in the focus pods to easily open up the space when needed. Additionally, we integrated a Switchable glass system in the Boardroom for an intelligent take on privacy.
